*Ramen virgin here so you can take my advice with whatever weight you decide: I ordered this through Postmates and I do not regret it at all! I was somewhat overwhelmed with what to order since I don't know what's good or what type of ramen I would like, so I came here for some recommendations and chose based on what I thought would be good. Both my boyfriend and I decided to order the BBQ Pork with the Spicy Sambal Duck broth. I had the ramen noodles and he tried the udon.

First, the delivery took less than an hour which is pretty good for Postmates! Second, when it arrived, we were pleased to see such GIANT portions of the broth! They deliver it "deconstructed" so the broth and noodles and extras (egg and veggies) all come in separate containers. Honestly, I don't know if I'd ever order in person because I'm sure you get WAY more broth via delivery--so much that I'm looking forward to buying some plain ramen at the store and using the leftover broth (which will easily make 2-3 more meals). So for the price ($15 that originally seemed too high), we were able to justify it.

I have absolutely zero regrets about what I ordered being a ramen newbie. The pork belly's sweetness mixed almost perfectly with the spicy broth. However, I do wish there was a bit more pork in it. There was only a few bits, and with as much leftover broth as I have, I wish I had more pork to go with it--it was so delicious I've been googling recipes to try to recreate it at home! Also, I will say that when I was mixing my broth into the noodles, the ramen was pretty stuck together and took some hard stirring to get it to break up. My boyfriend enjoyed his udon, but it did taste a little gummy to me. Would definitely recommend the ramen noodles instead (plus you definitely get more noodles based on sheer volume since the udon noodles are so thick!)

Next time I'm craving ramen/noodles I definitely think I would return.

Alright, this ramen was surprisingly tasty! We opted for the pork belly in duck adobo broth. Pork belly was seasoned well (not bland at all) and duck adobo ramen was super savory! You get to choose your noodle, protein and broth. If you are here looking to the closest taste to your standard pork tonkatsu broth, the duck adobo was a huge win! Comes with egg, and cabbage (which I would ask for on the side, or without, next time). My hubs and i weren't super hungry when we went and They weirdly declined our request for a second bowl on the side, but all good otherwise!

I came here for the first time today and got the spicy beef bao for $13.25 and I was very disappointed.

    1. This is not worth $13.25 for what they give you
    2. The beef was so dry that I started choking on it
    3. My friend tried it and started choking on it too

You're basically paying for a slab of beef jerky in a dry piece of bread. Never coming again.

Oh and their water had a fly in it so we had to use our beer to help us while we choked.

Broth - solid. Everything else - average.

Got the spicy sambal duck broth, with duck protein and pho noodles. The broth was on point. It had the spiciness the depth of meatiness all the stuff you want. The rest of the add ins were average. The noodles were decent, not homemade or anything special just standard noodles likely prepared from a package. The boiled egg was a tad overdone, the Thai basil was a tad over cooked. The meat was good, but really just soaked up the delicious broth and didn't add much. Overall, if you are In the mood for soup and dreaming of broth - it's a go. If your dreaming of premium noodles it's a skip.

I stopped here for lunch while visiting Baltimore and ordered the beef ramen with duck broth.  I found it pretty mediocre. Visually, it was messy with an assortment of veggies thrown in and cloudy broth. The taste of the ramen was a little better but I thought that the broth was too salty. The egg was overcooked and that led to bits of the egg yolk to break off into the broth. I would say that the beef was cooked well and tender. However, since the broth is such a core component of ramen, it missed the mark. Especially for the price, I've had much better ramen at other places.
